Venchrz, Inc. (d/b/a Cohesive / Cohesive AI) (“Cohesive,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we share it, and the choices available to you.
It applies when you use the Cohesive platform, websites, apps, and related services (together, the “Platform” or “Service”), as well as when you interact with us through email, text, customer support, or other electronic communications.
If you are using Cohesive as part of an organization that has an agreement with us, that agreement may also govern how your data is handled.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information to operate, secure, and improve the Service. The types of information include:
Information you provide
- Account and Profile data: When you sign up, we collect your name, email address, organization, role, and similar details.
- Billing information: Payment credentials are processed by our third-party processor (e.g., Stripe). We receive limited tokens/metadata but not full card numbers.
- Content you upload: Any data, files, or text you upload or enter into the Platform (“Customer Data”).
Information we collect automatically
- Usage data: Interactions with the Platform, including features used, queries submitted, preferences, trial participation (such as enrollment status, included credits used, and feature access), and activity logs.
- Credit and metering data: Credits consumed, Included Credits, On-Demand Usage, and timestamps, which we use for billing and service delivery.
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, and similar technical details.
- Cookies and tracking technologies: To remember your settings, analyze usage, and improve the Platform. You can opt out of non-essential cookies, though the Service may not function properly without certain functional cookies.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect for purposes including:
- To provide the Service: Operating accounts, enabling features, processing queries, metering usage, issuing invoices, and delivering outputs.
- To maintain security: Protecting accounts, detecting fraud or abuse, and monitoring service integrity.
- To improve the Platform: Analyzing usage, developing new features, and training systems to perform better.
- To communicate with you: Sending service updates, security alerts, and administrative messages.
- To support billing: Processing payments, handling proration, applying spend limits, and resolving disputes.
3. How We Share Information

- Service providers: With contractors and vendors that help us operate the Platform, such as cloud hosting, logging/monitoring, analytics, our payment processors, customer support tools, and Third-Party Processing Services (e.g., AI model providers) that process Customer Data to deliver features you use.
- Payment processors: Payment credentials are processed securely by our third-party provider (Stripe). We receive only limited tokens/metadata and never store full card numbers.
- Affiliates: With our subsidiaries and affiliates for business purposes.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction.
- Legal compliance: To comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable government request.
- Protecting rights and safety: Where necessary to protect Cohesive, our users, or others from harm or fraud.
- With your consent: When you ask us or agree to share data in a particular way.
We may also disclose aggregated or de-identified information that does not identify any individual.
4. Your Choices and Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights under privacy laws such as the EU/UK GDPR or U.S. state privacy laws (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia). These rights may include:
- Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction: Ask us to update or fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal or contractual requirements.
- Restriction / Objection: Limit or object to certain types of processing, including targeted advertising.
- Portability: Request a copy of your data in a machine-readable format.
- Opt-Out (U.S. state laws): Residents of certain states have the right to opt out of “sales” or “sharing” of personal information and targeted advertising. Where required, we also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

Verification of Requests: To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling your request. This may include confirming information already associated with your account.
5. Data Security
We use industry-standard safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit and at rest, monitoring, and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is fully secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection. Your role is important: you are responsible for keeping your passwords and authentication methods safe. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
6. Data Retention
We keep your personal data only as long as needed to deliver the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Specific retention periods depend on the type of data and its use. For example:
- Billing and metering data may be retained for tax/audit purposes.
- Account data may be deleted upon request, though residual copies may remain in backups for a limited period before being purged.
7. International Data Transfers
If you use Cohesive from outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the U.S. We apply appropriate safeguards to protect your data in accordance with applicable law.
8. Children’s Privacy
Our Services are not intended for children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect, use, disclose, sell, or share personal data from anyone under 18. If you become aware that a child under 18 has provided us with personal data, please contact us at legal@cohesive.ai so we can investigate and, if appropriate, delete the data.
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last Updated” date. Significant changes may also be communicated by email or through the Service.
