What is a credit?

Credits are the unit of usage for AI agents and workflows. Each action—like running an automation, processing data, or interacting with a model—uses credits.

What counts as a task?

A task is any automated process or workflow your agents run. Tasks can be scheduled, triggered by an event, or started on demand—for example, data processing, API integrations, notifications, or AI-powered workflows.

What integrations are available?

We connect with the tools your team already uses, including HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack, Notion, and GitHub. Need something else? Just ask—we add new ones all the time.

What happens if I run out of credits?

You keep working without interruption. Any additional usage is billed at your current per-credit rate ($0.01 for Pro; Custom for Enterprise). Every month, your plan includes a new batch of credits.

How is usage tracked?

Usage is measured in credits, with each action consuming credits based on complexity. Billing admins have organization-wide visibility, while individual users can track their own usage.

How can I control usage?

You can set spend caps and turn on usage alerts to stay in control. This keeps costs predictable and ensures there are no surprises.

Do included credits roll over month to month?

No. Included credits are allocated per user, per month, and refresh with each billing cycle. They don't carry over to the next month.

Can I change my plan later?

Of course. Needs evolve, and billing is month-to-month. You can upgrade anytime, while cancellations and downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period.

What are my payment options?

Pro plans can be paid with any major credit or debit card. Enterprise customers can also pay by invoice or ACH transfer.
