Standard is $20 a person and Pro is $40, charged up front each month to a credit card. Both plans include a monthly allowance of credits, and anything past it lands on your next bill at $0.01 a credit. Enterprise runs on an annual contract instead, with usage billed as you go.
Any turn the agent takes, whether it's answering in a conversation, generating a document, calling a connector, processing a file, or running work in parallel. Each turn draws on the credits included with your plan. Set a spend cap and you'll get alerts at 80, 90, and 100%.
Yes, if it's Claude Pro or Max, or ChatGPT Plus or Pro. Connect it in settings and pick it per chat or Automation, and those turns run on your subscription instead of your credits.
Only the people you choose. A Canvas in a workspace is visible to all workspace members. Canvases and files stay between you and whoever you share them with, chats are yours alone, and a published link opens for anyone who has it.
Standard and Pro are month to month, so canceling stops future charges and nothing else. You keep full use of the product and your credits until your billing cycle ends. Nothing is deleted.
